Dizziness is a very common side effect of this medication, as reported by the FDA. You may also experience headache, easy bruising and tachycardia.
Have you informed your doctor? They would be the person you'd need to consult about making a dosage change.
Are you on any other medications?

20mg ribaroxaban. Statin. And a beta blocker still muzzy head and very tired. Sleep 12 from 11 pm 11 am next day. Would it be advisable to cycle or take more exercise
