Rhoxal Bisoprolol Should It Lower That Fast?

started taking this pills which is 5mg's tuesday night Oct 19th...by friday morning my bp had dropped from 142 supposedly according to the doctor/heart specialist to 106 friday afternoon. That was a second reading my first was 112. The dosage is 5 mg's a day and is small and pink. I also started Ramipril at the same time.10 mg capsule a day.

Ramipril is an ACE inhibitor and Bisoprolol is a Beta Blocker, so they work in different ways, but both are commonly used to help control blood pressure.

help, just started bisoprolol 5mg on tues. had electric shock 3 times in hospital, had my heart stopped for 10 seconds, than I had this medicine I can't remember name. I'm so dizzy can I take this medication at night?, they still can't pinpoint why this happened I went to emergency thinking it was a lung infection coming back.

I am starting bisoprolol 1.25mg from Monday for atrial flutter. I'm tired and dizzy already with a fast heart rate and dizziness. Also suffer with anxiety so as you can imagine I'm panicking about taking this beta blocker as everyone seems so negative about taking it. Is anyone taking it and having a good response from it.
