Dexamethasone is a cortico steroid that is used to treat swelling and pain.


Phenylbutazone is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory used to treat the same things.


The Aluminum Hydroxide is used to help reduce the acid produce by the stomach, which basically helps prevent stomach damage in this medication from the NSAID.


This medication is basically used to help treat the pain associated with arthritis.
