4 years post gastric bypass. Of course, I have malapsorption syndrome. My doc prescribed Ferrex 150 Forte Plus, I per day. I already take a multivitamin with 400 mcg of Folic acid, other B vitamins, and 15 mg of iron from ferrous fumarate. I wonder if I'm overdosing by taking both.
