Psychiatrist In Jacksonville Florida

I need a psychiatrist to prescribe my 2 mg xanax for severe anxiety, I have no insurance but will pay for office visits.

Hello, Angel! How are you? I'ms sorry that you're having trouble finding a doctor.

However, there is no directory of doctors according to what they will or will not prescribe that I can refer to for you. Additionally, you can't really go to a doctor and ask them to prescribe a specific medication like this in a specific dosage. Doctors are taught to view that as being drug seeking behavior. Your not having insurance would also raise a huge red flag, if you did so, because it makes it easier for someone to doctor and pharmacy hop.

Xanax is a benzodiazepine that's most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders, it is frequently abused. It also carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.

Do you currently have a PCP that might be able to refer you to someone? If so, that might be the quickest and easiest way to find the help you need.

Can anyone recommend a good doctor in that area?

Dr Thomas wikstrom this is the psychiatrist I use for my xanax and adderal I think its 250-300$ first visit and $150 every visit after but he will write at least one refill

I have generalized chronic anxiety and problems sleeping. I don't have insurance and I'm looking for a Dr in Jacksonville Florida that prescribes klonopin.

Dr wikstrom is no longer in practice.he just up and quit.dont go to Dr totalled.they won't write Adderall or Xanax and will change your meds

How ironic, the Florida doctors are punishing patients for seeking addictive medicine, yet Opioids were sold OTC in many Florida Strip Malls 10 years ago. If I was in Florida I would leave, if I was a woman of family bearing age I would not consider living there, for my health. Florida is a cesspool.

I am on Adderall and Clonazepam… I need a doctor for both and 2mg Xanax for severe agoraphobia, as I cannot leave my house or get my drivers test. My 1mg Clonazepam does nothing. It’s like I didn’t take a pill. Please help. {edited for privacy}
