Prothiaden 25 Mg Side Effect

I am 44 years old for lasy one pain in my left side where is heart located, my all medical test are negative like TMT,LFT,LIPID PROFILE,KFT & BLOOD SUGAR FASTING & AFTER BREAK FAST IS OK but vitamin D is low and advise by catdiologies he advise me to eat prothidiane 25 mg one tablet in every night & every weak drink depura for 5 ml in after get for one & and half month for last two to three days gte dizziness its possible medicine effect pls advise.
