I'm attempting to find out more about the drug propylthiour for my hypothyroid problem. Please advise.

It has been way over a year since I started taking this medicine called Propylthiour tab 50 mg. Now my Dr. is saying they found 2 small lymph nods in my throat. Should I keep using this medicine or not?
