This medication contained the active ingredients Acetaminophen and Propoxyphene, it was a generic for Darvocet.

At this time, however, medications containing Propoxyphene and its relatives have been removed from the market in the U.S., Canada and most other countries, due to their risk of cardiac dangers and an inordinate number of overdose fatalities.
