My mother was told to add this medicine to her current blood pressure medicine - what is the purpose of Prexim 4mg - any side affects?

My Dr prefer Prexim4mg instead of Cozaar or Pritorco because of Angiodema and Brogispasma. Is there any side effects of this before i start with Prexim4mg with Fedaloc

Prexim is list as containing Cefexime, which is an antibiotic, it is not used to treat high blood pressure. Can you all double check the name and post back?
The NIH lists the typical side effects of this antibiotic as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and diarrhea.
