Pregnancy With Jadelle

Every morning the last couple of weeks I have been feeling really nauseous. It's getting worse, by by 9 - 10am I am feeling OK again.

I've had a period since I last had sex, is it possible I could be pregnant with my jadelle implant if I had a period?
