my neck & my shoulder is paining for almost 2 weeks now and I am a diabetic person, can I take Naproxen sodium ( flanax forte 550mg tablet ) to ease the pain I am suffering?

That is something you should discuss with your doctor, they need to see what is causing the pain, in order to know how to treat it.
