can someone please help me i have a small white round pill with 10 on one side and apo on the other

This is kind of difficult, because they use APO 10 on several of their pills and the only way to try and tell them apart is by shape and color.

From what I've found, the round, white one with APO on one side and 10 on the other is listed as being 10mgs of Alendronate, which is a generic for Fosomax (the U.S. brand name) and is used to treat Osteoporosis.

However, as often as they use this imprint, change them and etc. on their Canadian prescription products, I am not going to guarantee that that's correct.

If it were me, I'd just dispose of it.
