I think you mean Pliva 434. It is generic Trazadone 100mg, or brand name Desryl. It is an anti-depressant. Side effects include lightheadness, marked drowsiness, dizziness, among others.

The prior post it correct, but this medication is most commonly used to treat severe insomnia, now.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, weight changes, and mood swings.
