I am not sure what is available for you to use in Pakistan.
In the U.S. the most commonly used medication for abortion induction is Misoprostol, but it usually requires a doctors prescription and is only safe to use up to the third month of pregnancy.
It may cause side effects, such as: nausea, dizziness, vaginal bleeding and abdominal cramping.

Dear Sumaira....If you are in Pakistan you can use ST Mom 200mcg tablets..easily available in Pakistan
put 4 tab under your toungue and take rest on bed dont crush them
after 3 hours use 4 again
after 3 hours use 4 again
total use 12 pills
Just be cautious of its side effects and consult your doctor if your bleeding or the pain is too much...Take care
