i found a purple pill with IP on one side and 211 on the other side what kind of pill is this

From what I was able to gather IP 211 pink oblong shape pill is Acetaminophen 650 mg + Chlorpheniramine 4 mg + Pseudoephedrine 60 mg, which can relieve symtoms of respiratory infections, and allergies.
