it is a small white round pill with a few black specks in it and its blank on one side and say BEZ on the other

I'm not sure about the black flecks (dirt? oxidation?) but the small round white tablets with BEZ stamped on one side are melatonin tablets from a company called Bezwecken.

Actually, the ones with the black flecks is a supplement from the same company that is called Isocort, they use the BEZ logo on all of their products.

It is a natural Cortisol supplement that is claimed to help with certain problems, such as Thyroid conditions.

However, I cannot find an exact listing of what the actual ingredients are.
