Did you mean to say IP 118? If so, the pill I located is Hydrocodone + Acetaminophen (7.5 - 750 mg).

Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone is a combination of two types of pain medicine to treat moderate to severe pain.

Did u ever find out what this pill was? B/c my mother mixes her pills into one bottle and we just found a bunch of these pills and she doesnt know what it is....please help....

This tablet is acetaminophen 500 mg. It is a generic form of Tylenol Extra Strength, an OTC medication for fever reduction, headache and other mild aches and pains.
