i found a pill in sons drawer, a large oblong pill manked G651 and blan on otherside

After seeing a related page on this site, I came across information stating that your pill G561 is an over the counter drug, like generic Tylenol PM. Inactive ingredients are reportedly acetaminophen and diphenhydramine.
