The word phzer appears to be a misspelling of the pharmaceutical company pfizer. They manufacture a number of different medications.

Based on your description of a white pill with a black stripe, the closest match which I found was a white capsule with Pfizer PGN 50 on it, and a black stripe. You can view an image here.
