A round, pink tablet with M over 32 is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 50mgs of Metoprolol, which is used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
