My son was prescribed this medicine and I've got yet to understand how it works and what the active ingredients are. Please help us parents understands what it means to give this medicine to our kids

My child was given this for a stuffy nose and cough -it is hard to find good info on the drug online. Best to call your local pharmacist if you have any questions. Just ask them what exactly this is used for.
