I had an aweful flu and coughing with mucosity green (infection). I combined Mucinex with pentrexyl 500 mg (1 capsule of each) every 8 hrs and it works perfect for my. I took it for 5 days. The infection is gone, I am still caughing slighly but is dry now :).

Came down with worst sore throat I have ever had. Day 2 produced aches, sinus pressure, felt the worst I have ever felt from a cold/flu. I knew this was going to be a bad week and things would have to run there course. Bought usual nasal spray and liquids which produced little to no relief. One of my Hispanic workers went to a store and bought me some Ampicilina. I woke up the next morning and WOW. Most all the symptoms were gone. I felt like I had been bolted ahead 4 days. Felt good, had energy with just very minor cold/flu. Could this stuff really work that well? I have always been told things like this dont work on viral. Would diffently use again. Think of the money they make on trying to reduce symptoms instead of actually reducing the virus. This whole thing cost me 14 bucks. Took 500 mg. ever 4 hrs. up to 4 per day

I had an infection which caused my left gum to swell. This happened to me before on my right side 2 yrs ago. I went to the dentist and he gave me a prescription for pills for the infection. The pills didn't work I was still in so much pain that I went to the hospital. Finally at the hospital they gave me stronger pills and the swelling went down in about 1 week. Well this time thanks to my girlfriend she told me about pentrexyl, which helps for infections. I took 3 pills of pentrexyl a day for 5 days and the swelling went down. It worked great for me. The only side affect was the strong urine smell it gives you while your on it. So I would recommend it to anybody that has the same problem that I had.
