I am a 21 yr old unmarried girl. My doc has prescribed me Pari CR drug. But I am worried about its reported side effects. Can anyone help and guide me?

This contains Paroxetine CR an SSRI antidepressant.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and headache.
