Pale Green (maybe Pale Blue) Pill With 500 Stamped On One Side

I have pale green pills with 500 stamped on one side. I cant find it on the internet. My fiance sees them as pale blue however, and I was wondering if they were Tylenol Cold and sinus day time, a muscle relaxer, or simply a vitamin?
