If it is just the basic test that looks for the presence of opiates, then yes, they would both register the same.
However, as I said, that would be for the basic test. If you are being tested by a pain management doctor or by a place that does the more extensive tests, then they may look for the metabolites of specific drugs, which will enable them to tell the difference.
