This is a non-narcotic, non-steroidal (or NSAID) anti-immflammatory medication. It is used for stiff and sore joints and falls in the class of prescription strength ibuprofen (or Advil) and naproxen or (Aleve.) The most common side effects are stomach upset and other gastrointenstinal problems (especially if not taken with food or milk.)
