Oxycontin, Oxycodone Drug Testing Levels

Hello, I take 60mg of Oxycontin 4 times a day and have for like 7 years. I also take oxycodone 90mg total a day prescribed for both, but the oxycodone for just the past few years and diazepam. Well I just recently took a urine med match drug test for my pain management. I've never seen my past results, so I don't know what they say. But this time for some reason quest diagnostics sent me the results and I was floored at what it said, part of it gave levels, and it said my oxycodone, I guess that included oxycontin as well. It said I had 18007 ng/ml in my system, and the cutoff was something like <50. But I don't know for what that cutoff level is for. I don't know what to do, that scares me, and nobody will explain it to me yet. Is there a calculation that I need to know, why is it so high?? I'm freaking out, can anyone help that might know?? I hope that it all worked out for you. I am going through the kinda the same thing right now I take my meds pretty much the way they are ordered. I looked up the results with quest diagnostic where my urine was sent, and not only did they medication come back HIGH my creatinine level was also very high, I am concerned that something is wrong with me. I have been looking at somethings online and I am just going to have to wait until I can see my primary md and find out what's going on.

This is really old but I will answer anyways, those numbers your reading don't mean anything really, they will rise and fall through the day, depending on when you took the medicine last, how much water you drink, rather its morning or evening. Your doctor is just making sure your taking the meds
