It really depends on the person and which one works better for them.

The 30mgs of Opana, in this case, is the more potent of the two, if that's what you're asking.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

I know this is a very old post but i just had to say the Opana is no more but the generic(oxymorphone 30mg ER) is still available and BLOWS EVERYTHING out of the water by far including the oxycontin 80's n especially a 40mg oxycontin thats all
