Oxycodone Purple

Lots of questions on identification of pills LOL. Have any of you been subjected to having to purchase Oxycodone manufactured by KVK Tech? Over a year ago the pharmacies started pushing these pills on several of us. They don't work and have awful side effects. Anyone else had bladder, attitude, pain relief problems?

Yes, many people have been complaining about the tablets from KVK Tech, as well as several from a few other manufacturers. It isn't just you that's having an issue with them.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Have you spoken to your doctor about the problem? They may be able to prescribe a different medication.

Thank you for asking. My doctor has lowered the amount of oxycodone from 30mg 5x daily, to 10mg 4x daily for breakthrough pain, with Opana ER one every 12 hours for the major pain, which I think is wonderful. I wish I had be able to afford an ER before, but until I got insurance, they were just too expensive. I could sing the praises of the ER for hours for you LOL
I still have a problem with KVK Tech products. It doesn't seem to matter if it's a 30mg, 20mg or now the 10mg. I found an independent pharmacy in the nearest large city who until last month, hasn't had KVK products. Today when I did the monthly "prescription saga" he had ZyGenerics brand for me again YEAH !!
I had decided that if the problem continues with being stuck with KVK Tech, I am definitely going to ask for something other than the oxycodone.
I've been spreading the word about the FDA website having a complaint section. Just me complaining won't change anything, but if everyone who has a problem, would let the FDA know about it, perhaps they would look into it. I thought that it's the buffer/filler that they are using, not dissolving to release the pain reliever or perhaps not transmitting the pain reliever to the central nervous system.
