5 Replies Updated

me Says:
I am prescribed 10mg oxycodone(percocet not roxy) and take those and oxymorphone. My urine gets sent to a lab if they take it. I dont know if they test levels but I was wondering if they can tell the difference in the 2 medications or not. I know they cant tell between percocet and roxy but I need to know if they can tell the difference in oxycodone and oxymorphone. Thank you! ca

No theirs no way to tell between per covet and roxy you can just say you took something with Tylenol in it but obviously their is a difference in oxy morphine which is hard core and don't envy when you eventually will have to go through withdraws...I'm a chemist would love someone to tell me I'm wrong and how

Of course they can tell the difference between oxycodone and oxymorphone. Oxycodone metabolizes into oxymorphone.
