Did they replace all the original oxycontin (OC) with this new formula so it can't be crushed (it says OP on one side instead of it saying OC)? I heard you can no longer get the original oxycontin (OC) or can you still get the pills that says OC on one side and the mg on the other? And if you still can, do you have to request it from your doctor so he can write you a prescription for the original ones(that says OC instead of OP)

After being sued time and time again, Perdue pharmacies took the time to develop a product that is HARDER to tamper with, but not impossible... They are the new ones, and the original OC should be cleared from most shelves by now, but maybe not off every street corner. Roxycodone has not seen the affect yet, and there still are Watson OCs ... {edited for safety reasons}

PS: They are not remade in Canada, so expect Detroit and all great lakes surrounders to continue the import of these streets ...

can you tell me what company still makes the generic oxycontin that on the pill is stamped oc on one side and 40 on the other side?

In response to the original post from sam, the Oxycodone with Acetaminophen is a generic for Percocet.

You can learn more Percocet details here.

Oxycontin only contains Oxycodone, in a time released formulation.

And, just in case anyone still wants to know about it, the original Oxycontin with the OC marking is no longer available and has been completely replaced with the new tamper resistant formulation that has the OP marking on it.
