If you take a drug test and it shows up. It probably wont matter cause its an uncontrolled substance. In other words, its a legal over the counter pain medication, but if you were stopped by police, you'd have to have a label on the bottle with your name or some sort of proof that it was prescribed to you. Im not sure what the charge would be, it would be something like "illegal use of medication".

I had back surgery 15 years ago due to a car wreck, was in surgery for 10 hours putting my back together and I have been in pain every scence, I have 6 screws and 2 rods in there. I take hydrocodone/apap 7.5/3.25 and some times they give me hydrocodone acetan 7.5/500 some times the acetam make me dissy. are they stronger?

dontworryaboutit is wrong. You will fail a drug test and this drug IS a controlled substance. Without a prescription it is a felony to have. It is NOT over the counter. There is no 'charge' for illegal use of medication...having it on your person or property of direct control, however, is a felony.

It is too a controlled substance its a narcotic and that's why it shows up on a drug test. Only takes a little common sense to know that and they are not a legal over the counter medication you must have a prescription from a dr

Yes this is a narcotic!! You would lose your job or even go to jail unless this is your medicine!! Please beware there also addicted!!

Ur a liar it will show on drug test and is a class3 narcotic so check ur info and don't lie 2 people wat r u 12? Not accurate info at all and if u can find them over the counter please tell me were????

No acemetaphine is Tylenol so actually the number 7.5 is the hydrocodone ... The narcotic that is really the useful part of the pill. The 325 of apap aka Tylenol is actually better because Tylenol is really bad on ur liver.

Hydrocodone/ acetaminophen is a C3 medication which is used to treat moderate pain. You will test positive if given a drug test within 5 days of taking it. If you don't have a prescription and get caught with it in your possession, it is considered a misdemeanor. If you get caught with a C2 medication, like oxycodone, then that would be a felony

Yes please tell me where too.

Don't post info when you don't know what you're talking about. It IS controlled. In (S8) & (AU) it's Schedule I, (CA) Class A, (CD) & (UK) Schedule II and here in the (US) it's Schedule III. So it will be, "possession of a controlled substance". If you were to get stopped with a drug that wasn't a controlled substance but required a prescription it would be, "possession of a legend drug". And to the OP, yes it will show up and you will fail. Positive for opiates.

This makes no sense at all u cannot buy them over the counter to get any soet of narcotic pain killer it must be prescribed to you. and yes it is a controlled drug. a charge would b more like under the influence of a controlled substance or narcotic. everything u said contradicts itself if its iver the counter why do u need a name in a bottle. which is normally called a precscription if u take it the next day u will pee dirty with it in ur system it take anyway around 3 to 7 days to leace ur system deprnding on how often and how much u do.please don't give people info that's is not true people rely n comment tgats arr true not some fool that has no idea what there talkin about. hope my info helped atleast whar i had to say was truth cuz I've been arrested for it a few years back so think if any1 i would know

the charge would be unauthorized use of a controlled substance, as you didn't have a prescription proving it was issued to you.

Now a Schedule II drug. You must see a doctor every month in person for a new prescription. No more auto refills.

Yes..opiates stay in YOUR system for 3days so it will show up. And if you have a prescription for them you'll be fine..but if you don't it won't go over well because it IS a NARCOTIC. Manning you must have a prescription to obtain them.
