Blue Oval Pill With 4 Raised Lines

I found this thick oval light blue pill with no markings on one side and on the flip side there are four lines stamped into the pill, making the lines seem raised on the pill. Can you help me?

I had the same question until my teenager showed me it was a Wrigley's Excel Mint.
