Only Take Methadone And Had A False Positive For Opiates

Hi. I go to the methadone clinic and have for about 2 years. I haven't done anything but my methadone in about a year and a half. One of my urine tests came up positive for opiates. They did a second test of the same sample and it showed positive for morphine. I haven't done morphine in about 10 years. Why is my urine test showing a false positive for opiates (morphine) when all I've taken is my methadone? Because of this I lost my phase that I've worked almost 2 years to get where I am! I'm very frustrated. They allowed me to take a hair follicle test at my own expense and I'm still waiting for the results. Will my methadone show up as opiates in a 5 panel plus opiate hair follicle test? I have come up with 2 options. Either the test was a human error and someone mixed my sample or switched it with someone else. Or someone drugged me to sabotage my recovery. It sounds stupid even saying that but I know I personally didn't take anything other than my dose of methadone. It was a Tuesday I had a clean urine screen. Friday had a test and that's the sample that showed up dirty and by the following Tuesday I took another test and was clean. So to the clinic it looks like they "caught me up" and they have no reason to believe I didn't take morphine. Any input would be awesome. Thanks!

Update on my situation. So apparently there's no way that my urine was showing a false positive for morphine when the same sample was tested twice two different ways. First with a dip stick second in a lab. Also, I got the results to my hair follicle test and it showed negative for everything!! So this can only mean that someone mistakenly or deliberately contaminated my urine sample with someone that was dirty for morphine. How else would a urine sample show up dirty when I didn't take anything (other than my methadone, literally didn't take cold medicine or aspirin or anything along those lines)? Especially how would one urine test show up positive when 3 days earlier my test was clean and 3 days after the positive test my urine was clean, and then I got a hair follicle test confirming that I was negative for everything for over 90 days (which its been longer than that but the hair test goes back roughly 90 days). It just doesn't make sense to me. Anyone's input would be awesome!!
