This is a Prenatal vitamin, commonly given to women who are trying to become pregnant, are pregnant or have recently had a baby.


They contain:

Vit A 5,000 iu, vit B1 3 mg, vit B2 3 mg, vit B6 10 mg, vit B12 6 mcg, vit C 100 mg, vit D 200 iu, vit E 30 iu, niacinamide 20 mg, Ca pantothenate 6 mg, folic acid 250 mcg, Fe fumarate (equiv to elemental Fe 18.95 mg) 60 mg, Ca lactate 250 mg, iodine 150 mcg, Mg 5 mg, manganese 1 mg, copper 500 mcg, Zn 500 mcg and fluoride 500 mcg.

They should be taken one daily, unless you doctor has instructed you otherwise.

yes of course, but ask your OB if it's okay for u to take both bcoz I am taking both folic acid and obynal m.

what specific kind of vitamin A is it? i read that vit A (retinol) is different from vit A (beta carotene), the former is bad.

I noticed that once I take obynal m i got itchy and some rushes on my skin. Despite of this, I continue taking the vitamins for 21 days,my concern is and when I go to health center,the doctor told me to stop drinking it when I am allergic to it..does this action can affect my baby whose 1month that time..My baby now is 74 days.
Please help..I need some advice and words of enlightenment.Thanks
