I am taking a Neurokind-more tablet for a long time there is any side effects? Is this good for your health?

Nurokind more is a multivitamin nutritional supplement, it contains:

calcium d-pantothenate 10 mg, chromium picolinate 50 mcg, folic acid 1.5 mg, mecobalamin 500 mcg, niacinamide 50 mg, vitamin B1 10 mg, vitamin B6 3 mg and zinc sulphate 61.8 mg.

These nutrients are vital to our overall health and a lack of them can lead to or contribute to serious health problems.

Since it is not an actual drug, however, the side effect profile for it has not been studied. But some people do report some nausea, after taking it.
