Nocturnal Urination

frquent urination at night, first getting up after 2 hours, thereafter every hour and after two trips to bathroom, every 45 minutes or half hour until 4.30 am when I get up and go about my work.

Burning eyes and sleepy around 6 am and after lunch.

night urination is free flow and quantity is large for the first three times, later reduced in the 4th or fifth time.

chill wind under the fan or temperature change to cool, or the touch of water for washing all increase the urge to urgency while getting up.

During the day, frequency is fewer, but the urge is unbearable.

mild enlargement of the prostate is noted, but this problem of mine is bladder related.

Urimax 0.2 gives a blast of urine every time, but night frequency and urge are still there.

Adiuretin 0.1 at night reduces the frequency to two, but leads to frequency after getiing up. This medicine gives good night sleep. Is it safe to continue this medicine; if so, how long?

This tablet is relatively very expensive per tablet. Is it due to any special content?

Side effects: What are they and can they be ignored.

Mildly hypertensive, but under control with Tenalol 12.5 and Amlong 2.5 mg.

Would appreciate your considered reply with helpful suggestions. Open to try alternative medicines available in India.
