To the original poster, Neurobion is not available in the U.S., it contains a complex of B vitamins, which are known to support nerve health, so there are equivalents available, if you look for a B complex. The FDA warns that they may sometimes cause nausea, due to their potency.

Jessica, the FDA has issues warnings that people should not take Fruta Planta, testing has found it to contain various undeclared drug ingredients, including Sibutramine/Phentermine. It has also been known to cause an increased risk of cardiac events, some of which might be fatal.
