I know of a doc in Thornton. You have to pay cash though unless they take your insurance.

Don't know which part of CO you are in, but dencolo says there's a doctor in Denver area. Peak Vista in Colorado Springs, which is based on your income. They also accept insurance.
No guarantee on the Xanax, that's based on the doctor exam and if the doctor thinks you need it.

Thank you to those of you who have already signed the petition. You may have noticed that in the address line the AZ State government is listed as well as our Federal Government. The nice lady who developed the petition is going to have that website "cut and paste" all the State Governments of the people who have participated. You won't just have your voice heard in AZ, it will be in your state also.

Those of you who haven't signed, please take a minute and click on the petition information in post number 269. Every signature is extremely important.
We are very worried that if we don't get some lawmakers on our side, in the near future we won't be able to get medical care and won't be able to get our medications.

Look at all the trouble we are all having now with getting our medication or a doctor.

I've got two for you, though one may not be practicing anymore. The first (and one who may have retired) is Jeffrey Josephs. He's a psych doc, but one of the best I've ever had. The other is Jennifer Arnecillia (spelling isn't right - she's w/Austin's Friendly Family Medicine on Burnett Dr.). She's a GP/PCP and is a really cool doc. I wish I was still in Austin cuz then I wouldn't be trying to find a doc in San Antonio. Anyhow, good luck!

There's a great lady who posts, that has put together a petition, to try to get some of the lawmakers on our side. We need help if we are going to continue to receive our medications that we need to function. Lots of us are having trouble even getting medical care. I'm from downriver michigan I have severe anxiety and panic attacks. I'm in NEED of a doctor who can prescribed me xajax or colonopins. I've taken both before and they greatly decrease my anxiety.

I have currenty moved and i have been on alprazolam for a while. i have really bad anxiety. I have OCD and I am a worrier. I cant function on a daily and I need help until I can get a local doctor. How do I get a doctor to prescribe this medication I have tried ER and urgent cares and have been unsuccessful

I agree with almost everything that you just said. I feel like I am being punished and being put through unnecessary heartache continually because DEA, who doesn't do what needs to be done, by securing the borders, and addressing the cartels. Instead they have targeted the lawful citizens so that they can have arrest numbers to say "see what a good job we do".

no, disgusting people that are a product of a completely propaganda filled train wreck failure of this country's so called "war on drugs" have put you through this mental and physical torture that has brainwashed this belief. Your choices in combination with a country full of misguided and judgemental people, only eager to point the finger instead of thinking outside the box with care, compassion, and a willingness to help others. Noone has to go through the pain of withdrawal and permanent health consequences as a result, unless their addiction is harming others. Harmful behaviour like stealing or other choices that have direct negative consequence on other peoples lives that an addict has done or will do to feed an addiction, may be the only reason for someone to go through the permanently damaging process that substance withdrawal can do to a person. Even then, is it still necessary? Maybe yes, and maybe no at that degree. And before you go judging like the rest, Ive been there done it, benzos and opiates my friend. Never do decided to hurt others so I could lower my pain and anxiety levels though. Just went through the hell you speak of when others decided they knew what was best for me and decided that a lower quality of life was better then those evil drugs. Meanwhile the world continues turning and no matter how obscure or minimal people try to keep it, they are medicating in different or even the same ways behind closed doors
