Need Help Breathing

My sister has asthma, blood clots in her legs, and some lung situation think it's called odt. She is taking blood thiners, and just gave birth (c-section) and got her tubes tied on the 14th. Now shes having trouble breathing on her own. She's utilizing a breathing machine. What can she take or do naturally to breath normally?

Is it an oxygen tank that's she on, or a nebulizer?
