Naproxen 500 Mg Vs Meloxacam 15mg

Is meloxacam 15 mg stronger than naproxen sodium 550mg? Using for severe back muscle pain.

It's hard to say, because they are both very effective NSAIDs.

I know I'm a day or 900 late and about $1K short, but you can take NAPROSYN-EC. Just like ECOTRIN and some other quality EC generics, this has an effective "time coating". I've only heard about it in passing and a few female Pts asked me for "an emergency script." I have a mother and a sister. I ask a question or write a note or do and then E-Script Naproxen-EC to the pharmacy indicated,. Since I"e had friends and family with "severe dymsmennorhea {spelling corrections welcome}" I'm sympathetic for their pain and this is not an addicting drug; on the other hand, generic or uncoated Naprosyn can caused horrific allergic and hypersensitivity reactions. I think naproxen is a safer drug than the other, btw. I'd g with your doc; get a script for NAPROXEN-EC 500mg or 750mg. If pre-autho is necessary pt gets a serious allergic or even anaphylactic reaction upon taking generic norpoxen or BN Naproxen."
