What do they look like? Are they pink, and light blue M 7.5??

Yes, based on your description it does sound like a Restoril capsule 7.5 mg.

Basically a capsule that's half blue, half pink. The blue half states the word RESTORIL over 7.5mg in burgundy letters, and the pink half has a boxed M (mylan) logo with the ® symbol, and also possibly the words FOR SLEEP on the pink side as well.

I take 3omg restoril for insomnia and it does not work at all. I have tried taking it laying in bed hoping if I ould be relaxed laying down I would fall asleep but that didnt do anything. Ive even tried opening the capsule and pouring it n my mouth hoping a fast reaction would occur, but again nothing

They are probably Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals garbage. My doctor was able to get me the novel 120 (pink/white labeled Novel 120).

Novel Labs used to make a very descent Temazepam, unfortunately they just lost their FDA approval for manufacturing. I would recommend novel labs Temazepam as a first line. They are rather cheap and they work very well.

I hate Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. They make a "new'' blue/white pill. I thought they game me speed when I took them. They assured me that that their version of restoril is a better formulation.

I do have some potentially good news. I mailed a letter to novel labs and I received a letter from lupin pharma. I hope they make the novel 123 again. There is no replacement for restoril.
