Muscodol contains Acetaminophen, which you may know better as Paracetamol. It is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory used to treat pain and swelling, however, it is not a powerful pain reliever.
Therefore its effectiveness for you can depend on how bad your pain is and you also didn't mention if you were on any other medications, as it can have bad reactions when mixed with some of them.
It is also very important to know that when taking this, you cannot exceed 4,000mmgs in a day, as more than that in 24 hours is toxic and can cause severe organ damage or death.
What has your doctor suggested for the pain?
