i am on morphine sulphate and oxycodone the oxy helps the morphine doesnt is there an alternative to morpine

There are many other narcotic pain medications on the market.

The one most commonly used to replace Morphine, since it is more powerful and requires a much lower dosage is Opana, which contains the active ingredient Oxymorphone.

You would have to consult your doctor, though, on what is safe to use with the Oxycodone.
