Can I take the pill m 57 71 after I have use herion in the same day

Dear London, I really wouldn't mix the 2 together. Wait until u r withdrawing b 4 u take the meth. U will get the best results that way. It can b very dangerous 2 mix the 2. Not 2 mention meth is an opiate, but, also prevents u from feeling the effect of other opiates.

if you're looking for a second opinion I will say that I do agree with the previous comment, in that, it may be a good idea to wait it out a little longer and not mix the two together without knowing how it's going to effect you.

This may or may not help, but according to an article I found on nih.gov, A 5mg dose of H is said to be equivalent to approximately 20mg of orally ingested methadone. However, the article goes on to state that, "because the purity of street H varies so significantly, using your own best judgement on methadone dosing from first-hand experience is recommended instead of basing it off equivalent dosing from recent opiate use."

Due to the sensitive nature of the situation, it seems like it would also be wise to continue discussing these dosing protocols with your doctor. That way you can be sure you are taking an appropriate amount of medicine without mistakenly overdoing it.
