Only the manufacturer, just made by a different company. The Sandoz tablets were, or course, made by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals, the ones marked 93 48 are made by Teva Pharmaceuticals.

Is there anything else I can help you with?

My metromin used to be 93/48 but now the 48 is upside down. Is there a reason for this?
