Mental Depression
Updatedi am 35 yrs of age due to mental stress doctor has given me fludec 20 and 300mg licab in the morning and one 300mg licab at night .this i am taking for more then year but sometimes i feel so depressed that i take cough syurup which contains 10 mg codeine and now i am used to it and sometimes i take lonazep 1mg or 2mg otherwise i cannot concentrate on my work. i am civil engineer and in govt service. i walk daily 1hr and 1.5 hrs on saturday and sunday because sat and sun is holiday.my father is having same problem but his medicines are different .please give me solution to my question free of cost .and please tell up to how many yrs you can live if you are taking cough surup which contains codeine.pl give straight forward answer and dont advice me to consult the doctors which are shown on the net. i dont mind if you reply to me because last time i had answered same question then reply came to me pay 149 rs and get answer. i am asking about my health.
