Got Maxifort in PV Mexico, was holding some doubt boubts and was about to buy branded Viagra, opted for generic which was/is 50mg zirmax/sildeafil and form me worked.
I tried it and it worked as expected, the Clerk is not an MD or PhD but knew the basics; at 340 Pesos for 4, which equals about $28.00 (US) w/o a scrip is fairly good.
Only concern I had as a celiac was binders (gluten) but none came up, though for Celiacs I would check further into it before taking or risk a reaction. I am not an MD or PhD but know enough to make an educated decision, which for me this was.
Again, I am not an MD but in my honest opinion it worked just the same.

Maxifort works perfect for those who r gonna take it 30 mins beforehand. If your problem is big u can take 1 1/2 pills. Eat 3 hrs before using it cause the food may delay the effect as well as alcohol.

Just purchased (4) 50 Mg. Maxifort in Chapala, Mexico for 185 Pesos. Works just like Viagra. Works better if taken on an empty stomach 30 minutes before being intimate. We definitely need the FDA to approve Maxifort for sale in the US.

I start using maxifort by accident. I took a whole pill of 50 ml and you better belive it this thing was hard like never before. My wife has been so HAPPY since then but she does not know that I'm drinking it. I purchase these pills in TJ Mexico and they cos about $42.00 USD for 10 pills.

I bought 10 tablets in PV, MX. I tried it 4 times with great results. The fifth time, 8 hours after taking, I had a bright red flush (sunburn look) and a sudden 90 second loss of vision in one eye. I don't know yet if it was sildenafil or this particular mfg process. It was enough to get my attention.

Just came back from Tijuana yesterday. I bought a 10 pack of Zimax Maxifort for $20 at a pharmacy on Revolucion. I think there are more pharmacies than bars on that street, so the pills are easy to find. Works the same as Viagra.

Have him not eat anything for 3 hrs before taking a Levitra. The food interferes with a woody. Viagra isn't as fast or effective for me. Haven't tried Cialis yet.
