Maxgalin M 50 Side Effect Plus Ultracet, Vitamin D-3, Etoshine 90, Myotop 450

i have scitica . my doctor has advised n me following medicines. i have been taking medicines for 8 days but for last 2 days i have felt breathlessness . kindly advise if any of the following medicines side effects are breathhlessness (shortness of breath).

1) mexgalim 50 mg
2) ultracet
3) D-3 must 60 k
4) Etoshine 90 mg
5) myotop 450

These are in addition to heart condition, diabetes, and hot water fomentation.
