Since this medication is available as a generic, it is manufactured by several different companies to help create market competition to try to keep prices as low as possible. Whichever one your pharmacy has in stock may vary, depending on which company was offering the cheapest price, at the time they needed to restock their supply.

And that is the only difference here, you've just received pills from a different manufacturer. The one with the M 924 marking is listed by the FDA as being manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and the one with the 54 411 marking is listed as being manufactured by Roxane Laboratories.

The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Is there anything else I can help with?

I have been on subtec for almost 2 years and until this last month have been getting the Roxana 54 411 which worked wonderful for me, then my rx switched meds on me wout even discussing doing so. Since I started the new m924 I have been very ill, throwing up several times a day, body aches, migrains, and I never experienced any of these symptoms with the other medicine. So can you please tell me what the difference in the 2 are and why it would make me so sick
